The Predaia hut dates back to the postwar and was a structure used in particular for the hay.

The Predaia is derived from “pradaia”, a dialect word that means meadows. Since centuries it was used for cutting the grass by the farmers that lived in the vicinity.

It’s also called “ai Todés ci” (to the Germans) because some farmers that used it came from Alto Adige.
