The Predaia “ai Todés ci” hut is completely and recently rebuilt and it is inaugurated in June 2005. The owners are families Busetti and Zambiasi.

The new Predaia hut has a beautiful panoramic terrace where it is possible grill. The dinner room has about 60-70 places and the rooms are 16 with about 30 beds. |

The director is Giuseppe Mandanici who lives in Vervò, but he has Sicilian origin. He has a long chef’s experience in various regions of Italy especially in the area of Mantova. |

The cooking is traditional with typical foods of Trentino, prepared with local ingredients such as cured pork meats, cheeses, mushrooms and game. |

The specialty of the restaurant is polenta, mushrooms cooked with garlic and parsley, crauti, cotechino and fused cheeses. Also the desserts are typical from Trentino such as the meringue with raspberry, bilberry and blackberry and the classic apple’s strudel. |
